Its reference material points to the Chariton County Sheriff, Circuit Clerk, Missouri State Highway Patrol Central Repository, and Missouri Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not compiled into a consumer report or a third-party criminal record, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
